Return & Refund Policy
Every piece we make is crafted to order with your name on it, so it can't be resold or reused. Because of this, all sales are final.
No returns, exchanges or refunds on finished pieces
Once your piece has been made, we can't accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Each piece is created specifically and personally for you, from the name and options you chose. This applies to every pendant, bracelet and accessory on this site.
Changes before we make it
Production starts only after you've confirmed your final design with us and your payment is confirmed. You can change your design any time before then, just message us.
How we help you get it right
- Our team checks your name against its hieroglyph translation before anything is cast.
- Please double-check the spelling you enter, especially for gifts.
- For bracelets, measure your wrist and use the Size Guide on the product page. A bracelet made in the wrong size can't be exchanged.
