How to Measure Your Wrist for a Bracelet

Wrong size is the single most common reason a personalized bracelet gets returned or never worn — and it's completely avoidable with a tape measure and two minutes.

How to measure: wrap a soft measuring tape (or a strip of paper, then measure it against a ruler) around your wrist, right at the wrist bone — not above it, not below. Keep it snug against your skin but don't pull it tight. That number is your wrist circumference.

Most adult wrists fall between 6 and 8.5 inches (15–22 cm), with women typically toward the smaller end and men toward the larger end — but wrist size varies a lot by individual frame, not just gender, so measure rather than guess.

Every bracelet on this site uses the same six sizes — Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2X-Large, 3X-Large — with the full inch/cm range for each shown in the Size Guide on any bracelet's product page. If you're between two sizes, sizing up generally gives a more comfortable, natural drape than sizing down.
